ABOUT THE PLANT
In 2018, ABWEHR steel door production plant noted the fifth anniversary since start of mass production in Chernigov – with geography of our partners in 15 countries. We never emphasized (not to mention celebrated) this event, as it’s just a start of our long way as national leader and exporter of steel doors. The real goal and challenge to produce 1,000,000 doors is yet to come.
Despite the short period of time required to start and expand the sale geography, our team managed to achieve a lot.
* First, around the idea of mass production with export potential, we could gather a team of experts having an eye for creation of high-quality product, as confirmed by certificate of the European Union.
* Second, we built the new and renovated the old premises, while providing them with modern energy-efficient utilities and metering units.
* Third, we ensured the required power supply (over 650 kW) for production process.
* Fourth, we gained qualitative experience of creating a strong product in large industrial scope.
* Fifth, we formed the awareness of partner and retail customer preferences – in their needs and market trends.
* Sixth, we provided the production areas with modern machinery and specialized equipment from Germany, Italy, Ukraine, China, Bulgaria, and other countries, which made us more efficient than “counterparts”, as evidenced by our comfortable prices at high quality standard.
